Guacamole

Turn avocado, one of the healthiest fats out there, into a delicious dip. It’ll take you no more than a few minutes.

​Ingredients:

​

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • lemon or lime juice

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • salsa (1-2 tablespoons)

 

Directions:

​

  • Mash up the avocado.

  • Squeeze a little lemon or lime juice – both for flavor and to keep the avocado from turning brown.

  • Add minced garlic and salsa. Continue to add as much salsa as you like for consistency and taste.

 

The flavors will blend more deeply if you let your guacamole sit, but it’s delicious right away, too!
